ALL ORDERS ARE PRE-ORDER.. PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND AVAILABILITY.

EXPECTED TIMEFRAMES

Please allow 2 business days for order to process and authorization. After this timeframe allow 10 business days for order. There are times where orders may be received earlier, however, due to Covid19, expect POSSIBLE delays. At this time we do not offer a brick and mortar location, and all orders are submitted as received. Thanks for your patience as we wish to provide superior service. High volume time periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday timeframes may require additional timing. Please take note. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

BlackLabel Extensions does not offer refunds at this time, however, we strive to offer the best hair available, if necessary we will offer exchanges. A qualified exchange is available on unused, unopened extensions. The extensions must be in original packaging. Cyber Monday sales are final!

Please email blacklabelext901@gmail.com for any order changes. Any request must be received in writing, same day order is submitted, and there is no guarantee.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Shampoo at least once a week
Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
Do NOT massage
Rinse thoroughly with COOL water
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Rinse thoroughly
Let air dry

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
